Slimes are recommended for ages 8+ and up. 

It is normal for slimes to deflate or shrink over time.

How much slime is in a container?

I sell my slimes in 6-ounce containers. All containers are filled to its max capacity. I only package my slime after the air bubbles clear up, which means you actually have more slime than can fit into the container after you play with it. This process is called "self-inflating". This is an easy fix once you put your slime back into your container it will return back to its former state in just minutes! Then, screw on the cap and enjoy!

 

When will my slime arrive?

This depends on your location. There is a 1-3 business day processing time before the order will be picked up by the postal service. From then, the average ship time is between 3-5 days. International orders can take 2-6 weeks depending on your location and customs. All standard orders will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information.

 

What comes with my order?

- Your slime
- Order receipt
- Add-ins for your slime
- A business card/care card.
- A pre-measured packet of borax powder.
- A pipette dropper to help with activating your slime.
- AND A FREE mystery slime or squishy for any orders of four or more 6-ounce slimes
(Must be purchased within the same checkout session).

 

What do I do if my slime arrives sticky?

During the shipping process slime tends to get sticky as a result of the heat.
Tip: Always wash and moisturize your hands before playing with your slime, because slime sticks to warm/dry skin.

All slimes will arrive with a borax packet to create a liquid activator. It will also include a care card with instructions on how to activate and maintain your slime. BE CAREFUL... DO NOT over-activate your slime! Add small drops of the borax solution at a time until your slime becomes less sticky. I am not responsible for damaged and/or over-activated slime.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATION

Do you guys accept any returns or exchanges?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges since our slimes are handmade products and its consistency can change over time after use.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the manufacturing/production of our handmade product, we do not allow any cancellations. All sales are final.
